Knight Frank has appointed Kristin Hay as chief people officer for Asia-Pacific, in addition to her current role as chief people officer for Australia.

With over 30 years of experience in people and culture and more than 15 years of living and working across Asia, Hay brings a unique combination of global expertise and deep regional understanding, the firm says.

Since joining Knight Frank over five years ago, she has transformed the firm’s culture in Australia by introducing stronger systems and technology, strengthening reward frameworks, and championing more human-centred ways of working.

Craig Shute, Knight Frank’s chief executive officer for Asia-Pacific, says: “Kristin has had a significant positive impact in Australia, and we are delighted to extend her leadership across Asia-Pacific, strengthening our ability to build a connected, high-performing regional business. I’m pleased to welcome her to the Asia-Pacific Board and look forward to the meaningful progress she will help drive for our people and our partnership.”

According to Knight Frank, Hay’s expanded remit reinforces the firm’s commitment to building life-changing connections for people and places and ensuring its people across the region have the environment, tools, and support to thrive.
